forever_and_a_day Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 good to know that wilds can be mixed in with your average sorority. very interesting prospect for my future, shiny sorority tank I'm all for lots of visual barriers when starting up a sorority, but can they be removed eventually? the plants weren't faring so well in the sorority so i pulled them out and although there is still cover, about half the tank is empty space... day3 and still no issues fingers crossed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mine get removed twice a week when I do a water change and tank vacuum. My plants are Anubias, Java fern, Java moss and subwassertang. All the plants are tied with cotton or zip tied, to driftwood (mostly mopani driftwood), except for the subwassertang which just grows in a large ball.
