Bettarazzi
That's the one I bought and then returned because my partner complained it was too big and we couldn't bring the blinds down past it - which was true.

Matt_95
I may have to go down and get myself one of those shelves, do you think I could adapt them into a drip system? Mum said the baracks have to look nice and lets be honest here, anything I build will look ugly and will inevitably fall apart. Those shelves look quite good and fit into my budget :)
Matt_95
I have another question, do you think I could make it to shelves and put my 4 foot on the top and smaller tanks underneath? It would give me some bargaining power for more tanks :P
Fletch
I bought the $20 el cheapo from Bunnings. Used a bit of chipboard under the tanks for a bit more strength. 50 kg per shelf. It's ok, you get what you pay for............
melbournebetta
Matt, I can't recommend these office works numbers highly enough, make sure to get the Geelong brand ones - they have hugely thick arms (sides) and the shelves area already laminated... and hello 350 KG PER SHELF! Turning them into drip would be okay, and you can hide the plumbing behind the wide horizontal struts... Bus - yeah we have a few of those in our shed, looking dangerously old and saggy under the enormous weight of the gumboots placed on the top shelf!! Yours look fine, probably a little more carefully constructed I'd assume. They're bloody handy. -Ness
Matt_95
Hi Ness, mum has pretty much said yes to me getting the shelves!!! Only problem is that I have a 4 foot tank, do they make a bigger size? Otherwise I may have to downgrade which would be upsetting because I have put so much work into it.
