Sarah
No, I've never heard it in my life. Well, until 10 mins ago. But if you all like it, that is alllll that matters. :)

Jude83
Hi to All!! Hi Adam, your fish are doing exceptionally well... I would love to post a spawn log but i am a bit hesitant as i have made a few silly mistakes and am very much a beginner compared to you guys...heheh
Sarah
It is all about learning Jude! If you post a spawn log, I'm sure you will get lots of helpful suggestions. :)
Fletch
Most of us still make silly mistakes. If you do a spawn log and are honest with it, we will all help you. Don't be shy or embarrassed. We all share the love of fish and are more than happy to share our experiences. Most important thing is to have fun. Good luck and I will be waiting to read you log.....hint, hint.
kermadum
I make LOTS of mistakes!!! Is there an emoticon thingy for "Raising your hand"? ?? The number of times I've run out of live food because I've just forgotten to restock the brine shrimp hatchery, or let the microworms get too mature before I subculture is baffling. To forget once or twice you'd think would be enough, but I've done it so many times I've lost count.
Sarah
... and I wiped out an entire spawn by turning the heater off. The father had died after being separated from the fry, I think it was depression.. female died the other week. First & only spawn (for now). :)
shadoh
Jude, we've all been there. I starved 99% of my 1st spawn feeding them powdered fry food on recommendation from a pet store... You are on a much better standing with the wealth of info and advise of many experienced breeders here on the forums
Fletch
Think my biggest mistake was buying my first Betta....LOL.
BettaObsessed
Welcome Jude. I say there's no such thing as mistakes, just hard lessons. I'll second that Busman, guppies are so much easier......but nowhere near as beautiful or entertaining.
