I have owned one beautiful Betta a few years ago which I managed to keep for 2.5 years before it died of old age (I suspect). I loved my Blue Boy and was quite upset when he died. I have recently purchased another one for my Mother on her birthday and realised that I really want to get into having these beautiful fish again. I found this forum on a google search while looking for breeders (pet shops are horrible for finding healthy fish) and hope to learn a whole bunch from you all.
