Darling is a lovely colour! When I was a toddler we had an electric blue yabby, I faintly remember it. We had to take it back though as we put it in the community tank - and it ate everything and tore the plants up, etc (so destructive!). Definitely a lovely creature when kept in their own tank though!

I was told Sina is a longfin HM when I got her off you. Thanks for the info... shall be interesting. As for Armadillo - you did call Elly May and Billy Bob Armadillo when I got them. Names - no idea. Have had a think, nothing yet - only Bob and Dave popped up - BORING.

Have to lovely blue PK boys from Paul (The Paul, not Busman Paul). Just settling in.. one boy is only in a bag because his tank isn't next to the other boy, and I wanted them to flare a bit. Shall breed them to my female Sina [clicky] sometime after the next Brisbane meet. Going to be hard to pick which male to use, both gorgeous. A few decent quick photos - Male #1. Has a little white marble patch just at the base of his dorsal. More to come. :)

I ALMOST JUST MURDERED MY AXOLOTL. Feliz. My copper boy. He had a tiny bit of fungus, so I went to give him a saltbath. 15mins is how long they should stay in, anymore they get seriously stressed out. I had one in for 20mins though - freaked it out tremendously. Feliz has been in like 4hrs. Surprised he is still alive... he's barely moving. Not sure if he will make it. Cannot believe I just let that happen, feel so terrible..

Very exciting! Looks great. You should add a sink! +1 for a comfy chair in the middle - no TV but... why would you watch TV in a fishroom? Keep us updated. :)

Both male and female are going well. The male, Rahiti, DID eat almost all his fry (leaving three..), but health/happiness wise, he is good. Has a bit of a bubblenest going. Temoe, the girlie, is going very well. She lives in a 20L tank divided in half - and shares with Sina - my blue HM female. She has really plumped up, and ready for a re-spawn; although I'm waiting until AFTER the next Betta Australis meet so I don't have to leave the fry. Her and Sina can see eachother in a bit of a gap through the divider - they are often flaring at eachother. Sorry for the quality of the photos.

Squishy is still going well, living on his own in a 20L tank. He decided to be a tail-biter at one point, but it's growing back. Also had finmelt the other week, but has gotten over that. TRIED to get some good pics, but only got funny-angled half-flares (the full flares were at a bad angle and couldn't get the camera there). He looks quite sickly in these pics, but really he isn't!

What sort of a question is that? UPDATE!!!!
